Xmania will endeavour to have your product delivered within 5-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch. We regret that at present we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. We are unable to accept orders for delivery from outside the European countries.
While Xmania will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, Xmania cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the 5-10 day time frame.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Xmania provide cancellation within 30 days.The deadline applies from the day you receive your product/s.
To cancel and return one or more products, you must inform us within 30 days about the cancellation / return by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org which we answer within 24 hours every day. You cannot cancel by simply reject the goods without giving us clear communication on this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase.
The costs of returning goods will be met by you as customer. When returning the product you are responsible for that goods are packed in way so it will not get damaged. You wear the risk as the sender till we receive the goods.
HANDLING OF GOODS WHEN SENDING IT BACK
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary in order to identify the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is proven beyond what is described above, we will consider it as used, which means that you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back you must therefore do the same, as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in to actual use. When using care products, fragrances and cosmetics, the original packaging represent a substantial part of the product value. We therefore ask you that you always send that with the return.
