Age Verification

As you may be aware, from 1st October 2015, a new law was implemented that bans the sale of electronic cigarettes and vapour product that contain or can be used to deliver nicotine to all individuals under the age of 18.

When you make your first purchase with us you will be asked for your date of birth and your age will be verified. You will need to verify your age by a number of different options:

  • Providing correct date of birth (it is your responsibility NOT TO LIE TO US)
  • Providing credit card information

This is a one time process and once we have verified your age you will not need to do this again. Please note this personal information is not shared with 3rd-party company and is kept confidential between you and xmania.eu.  We simply gets a notification that you over 18.

We appreciate this process may feel intrusive but we thank you for your support in helping us comply with the law.

Important Notes:

1. Billing Address.

Please ensure that the billing address in your account matches the address that your bank account is registered to and NOT your place of work or delivery address if different.

2. Full Name.

You need to enter your FULL name as it appears on your passport/ bills/ driving licence etc.

3. Date of Birth.

You will be required to enter your date of birth before you can check out.

Without the correct information, we will not be able to verify your age and you will not be able to make a purchase.

Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2017

All of the products we offer for sale are compliant with the regulations. This means that there will be restrictions on some products that can contain e-liquid (tanks), and on nicotine containing e-liquids.

  • We can only sell e-cigarette tanks 2ml or under.
  • We can only sell e-liquid in 10ml bottles.
  • The highest nicotine strength we will supply is 1.8% (18mg/ml).
